Ginger Swift dives into often overlooked aspects to creating a fulfilling nanny and nanny agency experience. She even gets Danny to explain why he loves the word connect.
Ginger Swift started ABC Nannies after a successful, albeit short career in software consulting sales. Having been a nanny during college, she wanted to create a boutique nanny agency and went on to start ABC Nannies in Denver Colorado. From the start in 1994, she made sure that both her nannies and families were getting top-notch service and care.
ABC Nannies is one of the first to have quarterly nanny events. Her agency has won the association of premier nanny agencies' Agency of the Year, twice. She served on the INA board for 2 years and just completed 14 years on the APNA board in 2020.
